Boys Spring Training 2025

 

Camp is for junior and college players, and select high school players may be invited. Camp will consist of high intensity skating drills and skill development, team tactic installs and various games/scrimmage situations. Various junior and college coaches will be attending the skates. Yoga will be taught by professional instructor Brie Clements. Cost is $295 for skaters and $235 for goalies.

Girls Spring Training 2025

 

Bowman Hockey is offering a Spring 2025 girls hockey camp at M Health Sports Center in Woodbury. Camp is for high-end players, high school and college aged. The sessions will consist of high-tempo skating, skill development, team/small area games, and competitions. We will also spend time on specialized game tactics and situations to enhance and grow the players' ability to perform at higher levels. Cost is $295 for skaters and $235 for goalies. Space is limited!

 Bowman Goaltending Spring Training Program

Bowman Goaltending's spring program is an 8-week long program with one session a week. Our spring program is designed to keep our goalies out on the ice and work on the technical aspects of the game. This ensures our goalies are ready for any spring leagues, camps, and summer training. Our ice sessions have a low goalie-to-coach ratio, and include video sessions during, before, and after the ice sessions to help our athletes learn and develop. Our program is invitation only with a limited number of spots. The price for our 8-week spring program is $800. All ice times are out of Doug Woog in South St. Paul.

Older high school and College players 

Bowman Hockey is thrilled to announce a summer 2023 girls hockey training session for high end older high school and college players. The sessions will consist of high tempo skating, skill development, tactical work, scrimmaging and small area battles. Players will be pushed and developed every session.

We are excited to announce Minnesota hockey legend and current Minnesota Whitecaps player Natalie Snodgrass and former Minnesota St. Mankato player Anna Keys as on ice coaches for the program! Yoga will be taught by professional instructor Brie Clements. Cost is $570 for skaters and $445 for goalies.
